Delivery of orders placed electronically or by telephone implies your agreement with these general conditions of sale.

All products are sent "special delivery" with a delivery period of 24 to 72 hours. We can`t guarantee the delivery because it can change due to the the hour the order is placed. Delivery in 24 hours is only posible if the order is placed within hours of the associated parcel services.
All orders placed on Thursdays after 4 o`clock will be sent on Monday , so shipments won`t be delayed in transport storage during the weekend. If you desire to change this you must specify it while placing your order.
All shipments will be delivered in a white cover slip inside a special food box.
A Shipment shall be deemed received when the delivery receipt is signed by the client. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt thereof and expose all the objections that may exist.
If you receive a product damaged by transport, the claim must be placed on the carrier, whose details appear on the delivery order.
Subsequently you must make your claim through our contact form, indicating the order number and the existing problem. Upon receipt of the claim, a new shipment will be sent, if required by your case.
